Ian "Not Dave" Rumsey (1738-1802) was a French farmer and mime. He was refused admittance to the French Guild of Farmer-Mimes (FGFM) a record 34 times due to his participation in an a cappella group and the fact that he did not own any cows. He is best remembered for founding the short-lived singing mime movement and being too loud in his T1 range.
